Sale ends September 3rd.  Rouge members get 20% off, VIB get 15% off and Insider Access gets you 10% off. You get a ONE TIME USE code to shop online with the code YESROUGE, or you can present your card or email in store for unlimited use.

Sephora Sale 2018

Because I’m covering the sale on the blog, I like to look at both the US and Canadian site and I have to say I’m super jealous that the US gets not only awesome sunscreens which Canada is severely restricted on importing, but you also get a wellness category with beauty supplements. I love that Sephora now sells Moon Juice which I’ve reviewed before and use daily, and Vital Proteins Collagen which I also use daily. These are items I’d love to be able to stock up on for 20% off.

  • Just placed my order using ebates – TF cheek brush (love the bronzer brush), TF fiber brow gel in expresso, HG eye shadow in smoke, Dior primer and setting spray, Pat McGrath lipstick in she’s heave and lip pencil in contour (LOVE her mattetrance, can’t wait to try her other products)

I will go to my local store to pick up DE sunshine drop and another set of PM mattetrance trio. If you have not tried PM and live near a store, I recommend picking up the trio since it has the three best selling neutral colors for only $25 (20 after 20% off). It is sold out online but many stores still have it when I did a store inventory check. Happy shopping!

    • Great purchases! love the TF stuff. I have actually been wanting to try a Pat McGrath lipstick in the vibrant pink. I don’t think any Vancouver stores has the PM line but I know TO does, so when my husband goes back I’ll make him pick one up for me.

  • I’m a Rouge too and an old timer when it comes to makeup addiction (anyone remembers the Live Journal and Specktra days?). So nowadays I buy most skincare and hair stuff and very few makeup. This is what I ordered:
    – The 7 Virtues Peace Blend Box (great Canadian company and cause to support). Their stuff smells amazing!
    – Biossance Squalene gel moisturizer (I swear by their eye cream)
    – Amika Blowout Babe Thermal brush (I have and love their flatiron, wanted to try this one)
    – YSL Pur Couture limited edition in Fuchsia (because I couldn’t checkout without at least a lipstic, lol)

    • I love your list.
I’ve been curious about 7 Virtues. For some reason, I have it in my mind that one of the contributors for Lainey Gossip created the line, but now I can’t find the blog post I thought I had read about it and I can’t remember her name. Anyways, I was eying the line.
I use Squalene from a different brand and love it. It’s my favorite moisturizing ingredient.
I have the Amika and absolutely love it. I use it all the time and it has saved me blow drying time.
      Lipsticks are my kryptonite.

  • VIB Rouge here. Anyone else annoyed with the points program? I have over 5000 points but they don’t offer anything that I want to redeem them for. I see they updated the program so you can redeem points for full-size products, but apparently only the ones they pick. I should get to use my points on stuff I actually want! I think we should start a social media campaign to get them to allow you to redeem your points for something other than their pre-selected samples.

    • I find the points generally really annoying. I’ve only ever managed to save 1000 and I tend to blow them all on one item when something good comes out. For example, if a living proof product that I already use comes out, then I’ll spend 600 points and get 6 of them which would almost amount to a full size, or a half size I guess.I also stocked up in the clinique take the day off because I really loved the tiny packaging for travel. I didn’t know you can now get full-size products. I’m going to need to look and see what the offerings are.

    • I have over 6,000 and have probably accrued at least 10,000-12,000 points over the years. I’ve been Rouge since it was first offered, and I agree, it’s really frustrating. They’re apparently going to be offering $100 rewards (as in, use points and get $100 to spend) but it sounds like it will be limited and a frenzy like it is for any of the other decent rewards.
