Combat Boots
OK. I realize I added a new pair of combat boots to my NSALE wish list (these ones), but I am a little obsessed with this style. I think this years style is a shorter length, and I really love the capped toe. This style can be worn tucked under your pant leg, over top of skinny jeans, with cropped wide leg pants, over leggings, with skirts… the possibilities are endless.
Paul Green Boots
These Paul Green Boots from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale never made it to the Canadian NSALE, but they did make it to our Nordstrom Rack which is where I purchased them. This was my first time seeing this very popular NSALE brand so I had to try them. The quality is amazing and they are very weather proof. They are such a great casual short bootie that I just throw on with anything. There are several Paul Green shoe options this year to choose from.
The Chic White Sneaker
I have a few versions of the ‘luxury white sneaker’ and this one is probably my favourite. Luckily there is this almost identical pair on sale this year and if you’ve been wanting to try the distressed white sneaker look, this is one to try out for sure.
OTK Boots from Stuart Weitzman
OTK boots are very hard for those of us with larger calves. They are just about impossible actually. These Stuart Weitzman OTK boots are perfect because they are elasticated in the back, and the soft supple suede is also stretchy and moldable. These are very high quality and definitely an investment buy. I really like the thicker lugged sole on these which make them very comfortable. Stuart Weitzman has a similar pair again in this years Nordstrom Shoe Sale so definitely check them out.
Platform Pull On Sneakers
These Vince Platform Sneakers are my most worn casual shoe during the Spring/Summer and Fall months. They get so much wear that I actually had to replace my first pair that I got three years ago with this fresh pair. I’m so happy to see they are part of the sale again this year. Vince shoes are fantastic quality. Inside the shoe they are lined with the nicest, cushiest leather.
Neutral Colored Short Booties
These booties are several years old now… maybe 6 years old? I love them. I love the unique design features and the higher block heel. I tend to gravitate to black shoes always so it’s very useful to have this sexy neutral colored bootie. I pare them with with dark jeans, white jeans or just about any colored bottom. This type of color adds an elegance to an outfit, especially if they are suede. This year there are a few great neutral suede bootie options and I’ve listed my favourite ones based on quality.

How do you find the P448 fit? Are the insoles easy to remove to fit custom orthotics into?
They fit TTS for me unlike Golden Goose. I actually wear Birkenstock orthotics in them and in most of my shoes but they are only the half foot orthotic style (heel cup/arch). Insoles are easily removed.
