As I mentioned yesterday, the Stride Jacket II has been brought back. I forgot how much I like this jacket. I have had several Stride Jackets over the years and sold them before knowing that they would be removed from production. This run comes in black, this heathered black and a heathered light grey (possibly slate). None of the colors intrigue me but if the Stride Jacket II comes in a fun color like Quicksand, Persian Red or Persian Blue, or with a print, I’d be all over it. Remember when they used to make awesome color combinations and contrasting inside the seams?

Love that Stride jacket. My most favorite jacket ever is the In Stride in pigment tonka stripe. I never tried the Stride but now I have to. I really miss old lulu. Been buying a lot of Defines because it’s the only thing left that screams lulu when you wear it.
I’m so excited about this! My original Lulu wardrobe no longer fits and I’ve struggled to find newer pieces that I like as much as my old stuff. I remember loving my light purple Stride Jacket so I’m looking forward to nabbing one of these new ones if they come out in pretty colors. Persian Blue is gorgeous so I’d be all over that!
oh I have an In Stride jacket from back in the day that looks super similar. Was it the same jacket as this?

Stride and In Stride only had one difference – a hood. The Stride has a hood, the In Stride is the same jacket without the hood
OMG YES!!!!!! 5 years ago I did not buy it and I regretted it ever since! I need the heathered black ASAP! lol

That jacket looks so cute on you! I missed out on it too. Hopefully, it’ll come in a brighter color so I can add it to my collection.
I own many stride jackets in great colors and patterns. I’m glad I saved them all. My black one is very pilled and looks terrible. I will buy another black one and throw my old one away. I also have a great black one w little ruffles.
I think this jacket looks fabulous on you and for someone who hasn’t been able to work out due to a hand injury, you are looking great. I don’t wear this jacket as I am 5’2″ and it’s too long on me. It’s nice to see oldies but goodies coming back and I hope to see more being this is the 20th yr anniversary.
I was in store today and tried on the new uv s/s top and it was a size up for me. I really liked it but Dusty Dawn just didn’t work with my complexion and I don’t want black or white so I hope more colours are on the way. I also tried on for the first time On The Fly pant in the dark forest and bought them. I love the fit and fabric and can’t believe I went all these years without ever checking them out.
I am 4’11” and LOVE the stride. It IS long but it’s still one of my faves. Also, I really don’t care how I look, just how I feel so there’s that.
Is the Stride tts or is it a size up? I wear a 10 in tops & scubas but size up for defines.

Yup TTS . I’m a 4 in all lulu jackets and 4 fits me perfectly in Stride
I can’t find it online…. is it in store only?? I must buy all the colours. This was my absolute favourite jacket that lulu made! Was so sad when they discontinued it
I agree! I own many colors and SE versions of these jackets. I can’t wait till new colors get released.
Hmmmm….I have a black one and a slate gray one. Do I neeeeeed the heathered black? I love the contrast lining in the hood. I also kind of forgot how great this versatile jacket is. I may have to seek this one out!

I don’t think there is hype about it. It’s just an old core style that’s been removed for a few years and now it’s back. If original black luon wunder unders came back people would probably be pretty happy, although it’s a basic item.

I got the Heathered Black one today. It’s so silky and soft. Fits great. I truly LOVE LOVE LOVE X1000000000 this jacket.
I have this from years ago, though the original had a gold zipper. Excited to see potential colors… I’ve barely bought Lulu as of late.
I bought the Into The Sun tee this morning in a new colour that is not shown online, PRSN, I think it’s Persian Blue and it’s really pretty and a much better choice for my complexion than the Dusty Dawn. This top is a bit pricey at $74. but I don’t mind because I really like the uv protection and I love the fabric. It’s so nice that it is a regular length top, hooray it’s not cropped!
Oh, I will need that. Thanks for the warning that it’s on the way. My Lulu spending could get close to its old levels this Spring. Yikes!
