Has anyone ever made a phone order to a store and had the item not arrive?!?!? This is a first for me and not sure how to proceed because I looked at my profile for the online lululemon store and it is not under my 'bought' items!!!
Yes, call the store directly. FYI, send sales usually don't appear on your LLL order profile. They should be able to track the shipment for you. If it never got delivered, they will credit back the purchase price. I once bought an item out of state (in person) and when I got home, I realized they charged me for a phantom item. The store refunded the item that I never bought or possessed. Even if the store couldn't do it, LLL said they would take care of the issue for me. They're pretty good with customer service.

I've once placed a phone order but didn't received any shipment advice from UPS the following day. Called the store and learnt that the item I ordered wasn't shipped out at all. Luckily I called cos that was the last one in that size so I finally got it a day later. Better call your store to find out what happened.

Anyone know if the arise tank is true to size or runs big?
Arise tank was TTS for me. Because it has a built in bra, I always go with bra size.
