Happy Upload guys! What did you order today? I ordered the new Cashmere-Cotton Knit Wrap in Butternut. It looks so cozy and pretty. I love the color, too! I’m tempted by the NULU Back In Action LS in Pink Lychee but what I really need is a loose and long tank top. I really think lululemon needs to pick up the pace with longer length tanks in lightweight materials. I’d also love to see some more specialty capsules like cycling or ballet. It’s been a while since we’ve seen something like that and I always search those pieces out on the resale market. 

I’m back on the spin bike again after taking about two months off of working out. 🤮. It’s been especially hard to keep motivated, hasn’t it? The generalized anxiety and despair has ratcheted up just enough now that doing a tabatta class UPHILL that makes my heart hurt feels like the only thing to do. almost like shovelling snow after a 12 hour shift. I’m definitely feeling better since I started again two weeks ago. I had to take the last month off after my surgery but that first month off was totally unnecessary and unwise. anyways, hopefully you guys are also finding your way back to fitness if you’ve taken some time off. It really helps ground me.
