It’s finally March! Did this not feel like the longest winter ever? I am so ready for Spring.
I was just listening to my favourite podcasts while doing the upload post, Huberman Lab with Dr. Andrew Huberman. It was such a great episode. Gut & Brain Health. I really recommend it. There have been a a few Huberman Lab episodes which have blown my mind; hypnosis, breathing optimization, ADHD, dopamine, sleep.
Anyhow, today’s upload. Loving Vivid Plum, and loving that we have some normal length tank tops. Definitely getting the Cool Racerback, and Swiftly Relaxed Muscle Tank. I also really like this new heritage camo even though we are all sick to death of camo. This one is really fresh though.
