I just placed my first Athleta order and I’m super excited! I noticed that Athleta has the sherpa fleece lined jackets that I used to love from Lululemon, only they are calling it ‘fur lined’ or ‘plush liner’. I’m going to my US post office box next week anyways to pick up my husbands Christmas gift so I thought now would be the perfect time to place an Athleta order to try it out for a review. I ordered the Cozy Karma Asym Hoodie in Grey Heathered Color block because that one seems to be fully lined with sherpa fur fleece but I’m not actually sure it is. I was really interested in the Cozy Karma Pullover in the purple but I can’t tell if it’s all fleece lined or just the cowel neck. The Luxe Stronger Hoodie states that the hood is fur lined. If any of you have seen these in person or tried them on, I’d love to know your thoughts. The ebates for athleta right now is 4%  fyi!

I don’t really hate the look of these Fleecing Cold Items. The remind me a lot of the Chaturanga Pullover which I love. Unfortunately the material isn’t nearly as nice or worthy of my money like the Chaturanga Pullover was. Had this been lined in sherpa fleece instead of the thin polyestery fleece inside, I would have probably purchased the pullover. The jacket is on the short side on me in the front, and it is very a line and wide around the waist. If it had been longer I would have liked the proportions much better on me.

The pullover is far nicer than the jacket in my opinion. It was nice and long and slouchy. If you have wide hips like me you will notice the hem has a binding tape that doesn’t stretch so it may catch slightly. It was just right on me fit wise in the hips but any tighter and the pullover wouldn’t have sat right. I would consider this on markdown on boxing day if the price drops low enough. 

Rest Less Pullover Heathered Electric Coral TTS 10

I LOVED this color. It’s such a different color for me and I didn’t expect to like it on since it’s so neon  but it’s a really pretty and uplifting color. I may get this one. I’d probably size up though for more tummy room. The fairisle print on this and the grey ones are quite blocky and digitized in person so I didn’t care for it in the grey, but the color is the star on this pullover.

Speed Tight V Variagated Knit, No Chill Long Sleeve

I didn’t get a chance to mention that I tried on the No Chill LS and SS and really liked them a lot. I know there have been remarks on the pricing of these but I actually think they are priced very fairly for a high quality merino wool (and this years lululemon wool has been very nice!). If you compare these tops to similar style/functioned Ice Breaker tops, they are priced a bit cheaper. I definitely want to purchase this after Christmas (hopefully) but for now I had to return them because I got the Featherlight items. 

Oh gosh these are super tempting. It’s Christmas crunch now for present buying so there will be no indulging myself here. But I wanty!

So strange. This print shows on my Lululemon app on my phone (the fairisle print) but on the website on my computer it’s showing as the older version of the Rest Less Pullover. I’m certain that when it first uploaded online it showed the fairisle print and then a few minutes later it switched to the old version. If you ordered online, it’s a mystery what you are actually going to get.

I tried on this mock neck today for fun, in a size up, and was suprised that it was so form fitting in my size up. I expected it to be short but not so snug in the waist area. If you have a long torso like me this will hit you in a really odd spot, even if you plan to layer it. The positive on this is that the material is incredibly soft. It’s a really nice double lined rulu with smooth rulu on this inside (vs. heathered or textured).
