I’m assuming this soft pink is ‘Barely Pink’ mixed with a pale grey. I’m liking this one a lot but I have a White/Silver Spoon Chai Time II so cannot get this one.

Exciting about the Stride Jacket II and the Savasana Wrap coming up. Not loving the stride jacket colors we’ve seen so far but I’d be tempted in something fun like Heathered Jewelled Magenta.
We will see a LOT of Great Granite Black Mojave Tan.

I’m not very good at remembering to hydrate myself. Its been very hot lately and we’ve been spending the days at the pool/park and generally absorbing this hot weather instead of seeking air conditioning. As well as I remember to feed and water my children I completely forget to do the same for myself. I think I got a bit overheated yesterday and didn’t drink enough water (like, at all during a 4 hour period in the sun! Dope!). Last night when we got home I was so drained and headachy and it seemed to really effect my workout this morning. I’ve been home for 40 minutes now and I’m still just sitting here trying to regain energy for the day. The good news is I sweat buckets so I couldn’t have been too dehydrated. The tech work after the warmup was a bunch of different gymnastics moves like ring dips, l-sits, reverse row sit-backs.

My buy today. I’ve been waiting and waiting for a lulu tote bag that is laptop friendly that I could also use for daily outings and it seems they have really done away with the laptop pocket feature in the past year and a half so I gave up on lulu and got this bag today instead. Its the Herschel Supply (another Vancouver company!) Market Tote, and although it doesn’t specifically have a laptop pocket, it fits my laptop perfectly with enough structure to the bag that it holds its place. If you aren’t picky about pattern, there is the Herschel Market Tote Plus which has a really nice structured and cushioned fleecy laptop pocket AND an ipad pocket. I just didn’t love the duck camo or plain black it came in so I opted for this one instead. It was on sale and I got it for $48. I’ve been spending my days at the pool with the kids and using my lulu reusable shoppers for our towels and gear and its gotten pretty inconvenient so I was on the hunt for a good beach bag.

An overseas store just posted a new Chai Time II (long version, not the original shorter version currently online) and it looks like it is Pretty Pink with a soft grey blend. Its reversible, so the opposite side will likely be solid Pretty Pink. It’s paired here with the Serenity Crops.
You can tell when I’ve been a little bit uninspired with the product offerings and what to blog about during a lull, and maybe watching a bit too much TV in the evenings when I come up with a post like this one. Its been a slow product week in store with a very small product drop thanks to many stores doing inventory this week. I think next week should be better for product. I was mildy curious about Sheer Lemon (I love true yellows), but when I saw it in store it was pretty pale. My favourite lulu yellow is Mac & Cheese (similar to sizzle) and if they came out with items in that color I’d be scooping them up. I also like Bleached Coral but would only like a solid Cool Racerback in that color. It was out last year so I doubt we will be seeing one again this summer.
I did go to Crossfit this week, but I forgot to take outfit pictures so I’ll probably give you a Crossfit WOD post on Friday letting you know how the week went.

The Jewelled Magenta WAFS Cool Racerback I keep mentioning has finally popped up on the UK site this morning. Its a beauty! I’m also loving the Jewelled Magenta 105F Singlet. Check out the After Class Cardigan. Not liking the color blocking on it but in a solid color I may like it better.
I used to have a preference for the solid 105F Singlets without the silverscent threads in them but I am gravitating to my two silverscent threaded 105F Singlets much more(Vintage Pink and Bruised Berry). I feel like they are much softer and drape nicer, plus I love the scalloped edging on it. I think I’m going to need to add this 105F to my collection and possibly sell my solid ones (Cornflower and Green Bean)
