Lululemon Full Flourish Pullover
My second Full Flourish Pullover just arrived in the Light Chrome (white) and I love this one just as much as the black. I see myself getting a bit more wear out of the black though since it’s a ‘safe’ color, but I love both equally. If you’d like to read my fit review, check it out here.
Some Notes
On my monitor, the color of these photos is a perfect match. It was extremely hard to get the right lighting since it’s pitch black at 4pm, but I managed to find some natural light lamps and threw those around the room. This Light Chrome color is a creamy white with a blush pink undertone, not a yellow-beige undertone. I find it a lot easier to wear with my skin tone and I like it a lot.
I took these photos closer up so you can see a lot more of the detail. You didn’t get to see much of that with the Black.
Someone had asked in the comments what my height is, it’s 5’4, but that won’t really give you a proper indication since I have a tall torso.
Have you tried on the Full Flourish Pullover yet? Tell me your thoughts on it. Are you as in love with it as I am?
Do you think we will be seeing a matching jogger in the luxtreme Spacer? I will definitely be getting those if they show up. I would love a cropped pair of joggers as well. I’m sure we will find out tomorrow with the upload if there are my luxtreme spacer pieces in a Full Flourish Collection.

I bought the pullover in black immediately and just tried on the chrome – I looked too washed out in the chrome, and the light color tends to show every crease in the fabric (which would drive me crazy). I definitely love the pullover in black though, and may even get a back up. I’ve worn it a LOT since buying it – makes me feel so chic and confident. Fingers crossed for more colors in the pullover and additional spacer items! You look great in both the black and chrome!
Didn’t like this sweater at all. Too short and boxy.
Agreed. The lululemon goggles are full on right now. It looks terribly unflattering…..
I fully appreciate opinions being shared here and I don’t wish to discourage you from sharing your opinion wether they are negative or positive, or specifically directed at me. Please feel free to continue to share your views. You can continue to use whatever tone you like to express your feelings.
Because these very direct comments are happening with every single fit review I’ve done, I wonder if you’ve considered why you feel the need to undermine someones tastes which are always going to be subjective. Is it because you yourself are overly concerned about your own appearances and how you measure up? Do you feel free enough in your self expression to forego opinions on what is a nice outfit? do you feel restricted and oppressed by your need to ‘fit in’ to a certain ideal?
Either way, I’m happy to provide you with a fit review so you can decide for yourself if it’s an item you like, or if its an item you wish to pass on. I really like this top and I love how it looks on me.
Nice colour!
Turtleneck are awesome but not a fan of this design – unflattering.
“Lululemon goggles”– too funny! But unfortunately true. If this was not a Lululemon item, would it still be appealing, Cristina?
I agree it’s too short and boxy to be flattering.
To answer your question, if it was not Lululemon but any of the other multitude of brands I enjoy it would have caught my eye either way. If it was from a brand I dislike or am ambivalent towards it would probably not have been appealing for a multitude of reasons. For example, it would have caught my eye if it was Nike, Adidas, Athleta, Alo, Gap Fit…. if it was Gymshark or fabletics I would have been unlikely to see it, and if I had I would have wondered about the quality of the materials and construction vs. the price point.
Just to add my (additional) two cents – I LOVED the cropped/slightly boxy fit. I paired the black pullover with the athleta rainbow reflective tights and some wedge booties for a concert. The short top made my legs look a mile long, and the more flowy fit balanced out the tight pants. I felt great! Fashion is subjective and (hopefully) fun 🙂
Christina, Did you go with the 12 in the chrome (or is that a hang tag from your pants)? Just wondering if you found that the black and chrome fit differently?
It’s a size 10. I actually just went to double check that because it does look like a 12 in the photo, but they did send the correct size 10. Pants are old.
First things first, this pullover looks fab on you, Cristina! It’s got some Roksanda collab vibes, which was a bit of a polarizing collection. It’s not my style personally, but I can still appreciate it, plus that spacer fabric is glorious.
Second, I normally lurk this blog silently, but sometimes the outright negativity is a bit much. Everyone has different tastes in fashion, and fashion is so fluid, ebbing and flowing over time. For example, leopard/cheetah prints were considered “for cougars” years ago, but it’s in style now.
The athleisure market is flooded with so many products now, and it’s refreshing how Lululemon is coming out with innovative products although I still wish they still made stuff in Canada 😉
Did you get a shorter hair cut? It’s cute!
I love this color of the pullover! It could see it going perfectly with all the solid color leggings that are sometimes hard to match. I really like this spacer luxtreme. I’d be interested in some joggers in the same fabric.
I’m also tired of reading the nasty comments about try-ons. If you don’t like the design, there’s a nicer way to say it or if you can’t be constructive, maybe consider not saying anything at all? If you are having a crappy day or overall crappy life, you don’t need to go online and tell someone you hate their outfit. Try reading something else if a sweatshirt upsets you so much.
I’m sorry you have to deal with such cruel comments. I always like reading your blog, and I love your try-ons! We definitely don’t have the same style, but that’s what draws me to your posts; I love seeing how other people style Lululemon.
I appreciate it, but don’t worry about me. I’ve been taking hate and animosity online for a decade now. The bad comes with the good. It doesn’t bother me, but it does worry me about the person on the other side. If it is about me and I’ve caused that feeling, just tell me directly.
Did you also try this in a size 8? I like the style and get that it’s supposed to be relaxed, but I think it looks too big on you.
I didn’t but I think you are right. I definitely would like to try on an 8 if I get the chance. I just worry about the length in the 8 but I’m sure overall the fit would be less bunchy.
I was thinking the same as Violet. You look like you need to size down for this one to really show the arm detailing properly. It’s always nice to have to size down 🙂 I lost 22lbs in 2019 and got myself to a perfect half size so it’s been a struggle lately when trying clothes at lulu. Thank you for the effort that you took to show the true colour. I thought it would be more pink.
I love this sweater and also bought it in both colours (first in black, then in light chrome). I noticed the creasing shows up much more in the light version – any ideas on how to get rid of the creases? It’s making me second guess keeping the light chrome one…
I found the same with the light chrome – I tossed it in the dryer on low heat for 10 minutes and the creases came right out!
Pictures of this top do not do it justice!!! I love love love the material!
I personally hate crop tops (for myself). But this one looks really interesting and structural. I will say that I LOVE your fit reviews because I also have a long torso, unlike all the lulu models, so your reviews show exactly how the clothes would look on me 🙂 More try ons please! 🙂
Thank you for your fit reviews. I would like to see more full length photos also. I have a long torso & I love high neck anything.
Thank you for posting this! It’s nice to see real try on of items when you can’t make it to the store. I like this color and the fabric on this is nice. Love your page already. Thanks!
