Flash Dance Pullover. $95. I really like the large neckline on this one. not hot on the stripes but the shape of this is really nice. Comes in Black and White as well. Lab items are usually on the looser side so if you like things fitted you can probably size down (according to Nancy, Your Personal Lulu Shopper). http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=117439078298232&ref=ts

Light it up Tank. My fav! Wore it today out at dusk and felt really glad I chose that one because I hadn’t realized that the track that I run to is not at all lit up. I carried my blackberry in the bra part because I didn’t love it in the back pocket. my stopwatch was comfortably carried in the back pocket though.

The Jersey and Shorts. These look really great for golf. Not so much the reflectiveness of it but the sporty yet preppy look. Lulu Lab has a really cute pair of golf shorts that would work great with this. they come in black and navy which I think would look really cute with the white jersey.

Finally a picture of the IJWR tank cinched up. The Pig Pink one is the one that appeals to me the most in the way it’s worn.

This Hip Halter in Pig Pink with Grey is very cute but I never got it when I tried it on in stores last week. I found TTS looked perfect except the strap behind the neck was tight. Size up would have made the cups too big and the waist too baggy.

SE Knotted Wunder Unders. I LOVE this pant in black, it’s my favourite of all the Lululemon pants for street wear and if you have a WWA hoodie you need to get this.

The On The Move Gym Bag. So pretty in the Wish Blue. I decided to treat myself last week to shlep all the kids stuff in as I am a baby sherpa anyhow. It’s huge but not unattractively so. you really have to stuff it to make it look as big as it is. I can fit tons of cloth diapers, wipes, clothes for two kids, my stuff , food and plenty of room to spare.

Wore my new IJWR Tech today to the kiddie wading pool and it was the best top for splashing around in. Didn’t feel weighed down by water when my toddler decided to empty her bucket on me. In todays heat I can’t handle wearing anything else…not my luon, or my luxtreme or my Pima cotton. Tonight I’ll be running at dusk because it’s just so hot so i’ll be wearing my Pig Pink Light it Up Tank. It would be so tempting to wear just the Light it Up Bra top but that is just not happening in my lifetime. Hmmm, maybe I should just run on the dreadmill tonight with just a Flow Y…

So just did my run tonight in this icky heat wave and I must say I love the Light It Up Tank even more now. I wore my Wish Blue one all day for casual wear (to keep me from bailing out on my run) and it was so comfortable going grocery shopping, having a mummy play date, visiting my mom and generaltoddler chasing and nursing the infant. All good, no feeling self conscious or overexposed.
Tonight I ran without the Flow Y underneath and thank goodness I started with that. Flow Y would have been way too hot under it. The support, although slightly less than the Flow Y (because I sized up) was enough that I didn’t even think about it or feel I was moving around all over the place. The body of the tank was great. I love how loose around the middle this is and that the Luxtreme doesn’t stick to my skin at all or restrict my movements. the gripper band on the inside left the top wherever I wanted it which was not all the way bunched around the middle but also not all the way down. I wore this over my Run: With it Crops and the griper band kept the top from gliding over the Luxtreme. It seriously stayed in place the entire run.
So all in all, I’m really glad I got two of these because I’m going to be getting a lot of use out of them. Especially as it gets hotter out and Ill need to run later in the evening to keep cooler. This is worth the price if your a runner and you plan on running out in the dusk/dark.

This is the newest Stride II from the Oakridge Facebook site. It looks like that silky type of Luon blended with extra polyester in Static Charcoal with ribbed Luon detailing. Another great versatile monochromatic combination that will go with every color and no stripes for those of you that were weary of the striped pattern.

It looks like the fall pattern is this “SCLW” of the Stride I bought this weekend. Lululemon Coquitlam has a wall of new Push Your Limit tanks in two variations of this pattern (I think one had Grey straps and one had the White straps Black but now I can’t remember what the difference was…toddler tantrum going on), Flow Y bra, Power Y tank, Boogie shorts and of course the Stride in the brushed Luon which I love. I really like this pattern because it goes with all colors from the summer pallet and the new fall colors which is why I chose to get this Stride instead of waiting for the Wish one. I like the versatility of this pattern. The colors on the Boogie shorts may be a hint of colors to come. Looks like a new Kelly like green, Oasis like color, a deeper orange and chirp like yellow and cool blue is in there. What colors do you think those are?

So I decided to take one for the team again and give you an honest fit review of the light up tank using a personal photo. This is a size 12 and normally I wear a size 10 but can go down to 8 depending on style. I purposefully chose the Pig Pink for this so you can see that it’s not clinging to imperfections around my middle (which I have after just having had a baby 4 months ago!!!).You may sacrifice support in the shelf bra by going up a size but you can just wear a Flow Y under it and in the front all you would see is a tiny bit peaking at the “v” point. In the back you would obviously see the straps of your Flow Y but if you wear a White or Coal colored one with the Pig Pink it would look not too bad, or you can wear the matching bra under it and you would not see anything. I’ll let you know how it goes running with it tomorrow support wise, today I’m not running because I have Rye neck. I love the bottom of this top for obvious reasons but also because it looks so cute on with the Run: With it Crops that I love because of the looser at the knee legs with really cute cuffs. Wearing it up higher like this it stays put and doesn’t slide down. It’s funny, I left the tags on this because looking at it on the hanger I keep thinking I’ll feel self conscious wearing it but when I wear it I feel perfectly fine and modest enough.
PS. I don’t find this too low cut for me. As I said, it mostly covers a Flow Y in the front which goes to show how high up it goes. I think if your really big breasted it may be vavavavoom but not so much for these 36C’s.
PPS. I’m wearing this with my Lulu Crops which tend to give me a bit of muffin top but it’s not too bad with this top.
