My store (coquitlam centre) got this Heathered Pigment Blue Cool Racerback on Monday but I didn’t have much of a chance to try it on. It was pretty soft but not as soft as Heathered Paris Pink.

Last year, the Wish Blue CRB which is similar to Pigment Blue came out in Static version which made me pass on it since I didn’t like the shiny slickness of it. The Power Y last year was a matte soft heathered wish blue instead of the static which I loved but since I didn’t wear Power Y’s I passed in hopes that we would see a Heathered Wish CRB. Alas, this years Pigment Blue looks almost exactly what I was hoping for last year so I may end up getting this one. But there are other things on my wish list for January so I’ll be lucky if it’s still around when I’m ready to buy.

I sort of made fun of this scuba hoodie this morning and called it a squatch hunting scuba but it does actually look really good in all of the photos I’ve seen (minus the fur at the wrists -I hate that part). I do really love the lace print throughout and wish they’d just done a cheaper version with that print and without the removable fur trim. The addition of the removable fur bumps this scuba into the $148-198 range. I’m thinking it’ll be $148 but it may be one of those uber special edition versions that are priced at $198.

Someone returned their online purchased Paris Pink Chai Time Pullover to my store today (which never got this sweater in) and I managed to snatch it up. It’s a size 8 and I was really preferring the fit of the 10 for the length and slouchyness over leggings but I think I can pull off the 8. It’s plenty comfortable in the arms and shoulders so I’m pretty sure I’m keeping it unless I find a 10. Big thank you to whomever returned it today. It totally made my very stressed out Christmas shopping day!!

Big thank you to Lise for sharing her stores product alert email (Montreal). I’m in LOVE with the Run: Stay On Course Pullover which is identical to last years Run: Ambition Pullover. I’m not sure why they renamed this pullover but it’s pretty much identical. Both are made of brushed Luxtreme, have the same cuffed hem  with wider band in the back, back pocket and kangaroo pocket and the same cinch cords at the neck line.  Ah well, whatever it’s called I love it. Brushed Luxtreme is really nice for a pullover because the inside feels really soft like brushed luon and the outside is more durable than luon and crisp looking. I also found it less permeable to cold wind than luon pullovers are. This better hold off on getting widely released until after Christmas. I believe I got my Ambition Pullover on Boxing Day last year.

Scuba Hoodie

There was an upload about 2 hours ago. Lots of tinted canvas items today and the new Will Pants. I’m not in love with Tinted Canvas Print so I’m sitting this one out. I would love to try the Will Pants on in store sometime and give a fit review but probably not until next week since the stores are super crowded and very hard to maneuver with a double stroller. I’ve heard that the Will Pants also come in black pique as well as slub denim.

Looks like the new pallet for January is going to be Pig Pink, Pigment Blue, Wild Lime, Flash and Silver Spoon!

This tank so far has a lot of great reviews on the forums and over on Lulu Addict. The only negative I’ve read so far is that the shoulders and chest are looser fitting than the lower portion of the tank which fits snug against the hips according to a reader. Otherwise, I think the tank is gorgeous in all of the pictures I’ve seen. It’s not really the type of tank I’m drawn to for myself but I’m now considering trying one on for Crossfit.

Will Pants

This model looks lovely in the Will Pants but in this picture you can really see how high the rise is when the pants are not folded over, and you can also see how the ties look underneath a sweater. I still want to try them on but I’m not sure how they will work for me. Love the idea of them though.
