I wrote about a new blue thats coming that may possibly be Rugged Blue yesterday, although I’m not sure they’d call it by the same name. Here it is popping up in a new Nice Asana Jacket.
I think the new color I posted about yesterday looks a lot like the men’s Rugged Blue. Although I feel like Lululemon wouldn’t put out a color to the women’s line named ‘rugged’ so they probably tweaked it slightly and are calling it something different. The skirt looks ever so slightly brighter than rugged blue now that I seem them side by side.
June was a fun month! I really liked the color pallet of Love Red, Spry Blue and Sizzle (and have liked the color palettes ever since – well done new color guy). Very primary colors, but individually the colors where great. I got the Spry Blue and Sizzle Cool Racerback this month, and Spry Contempo Jacket which I love, but the CRB’s are a size 8 which was perfect then and right now are too huggy. I’m sure they will be perfect by early spring again. I also got the Play All Day shorts in black and really loved them. The shape is so chic and flattering. I had to return them though because the length of them was a touch too short for me and I didn’t want to have to alter them by ripping the seams of the folded hem and changing the flattering design completely. I hope they come out with a tall Play All Day version or Play All Day II’s. I didn’t care for the Blissed Out Wrap but they flew off the shelves in no time flat so they were definitely popular. The Festival Bag was also hugely popular but because it came out in so many colorways, some of them ended up marked down. That’s a trade secret by the way, multiple colorways almost invariably result in mark downs even on popular designs.
Monday night, when the Parallel Wunder Under Crops were uploaded to the US side, they were immediately sold out of size 10 & 12’s. Strangely, I got a message from an anonymous reader which reassured me that the crops where at one point uploaded in full size run, a few minutes before the rest of the upload, and those two sizes sold out right away. Many have speculated since then that their stores have only gotten the pants up to size 8, and there have been a few rare sightings of size 10’s. I’m wondering if perhaps there were production issues with the Wunder Under Crops in this colorway and that is why we are only seeing a few size 10’s pop up, and Canada never got them uploaded at all in any sizes.
When you search ebay for these crops, there are 105 results for them yet none of them are size 10 or 12. Unfortunately, my store sold out of these completely since yesterday, probably due to both large quantity angeling and some ebayers. I know on upload Monday, many people ordered multiples of these pants since they knew they would sell out right away, and that really is unfortunate for the people that were hoping to order ONE pair of pants off the website. That resulted in incomplete transactions and holds on peoples funds as the orders where processing slower than the inventory dwindled.
If you have second thoughts about the Parallel Wunder Unders or accidentally got more than one completed transaction from the upload glitch and you want to pass them off to someone here, feel free to post them in the comments section of this post.
So far, only these two items have been uploaded to the Canadian side. I’m not throwing in the towel just yet as Canada is owed the Parallel Wunder Under Crops and I think they should be uploaded in time to be delivered for Christmas. I wonder if they are making the upload later since Monday nights upload was Armageddon with the Parallel Stripes being uploaded to the US.
May was a promising month of products and great color pallets. My best purchase from that month are my Static Charcoal Wunder Under Crops which are made in Canada, and my Soot Light Contempo Jacket. I also got a few items in Power Purple (one of my favourite colors) but ended up returning them as I didn’t care for the color blocking with Aquamarine. We also saw Groovy Nimbus Stripe and Soot Nimbus Stripe Cool Racerbacks. I got both but ended up returning the Groovy striped one as I didn’t have the urge to wear it during the two week return period. I opted instead to keep my solid Pizzaz Cool Racerback.

Groovy Nimbus Stripe, Pizzaz, Soot Twiggy Print
A gorgeous new blue popped up in a product alert glitch today and it looks quite similar to Limitless but I think this color is brighter than Limitless. Can’t wait to see what comes out in this color. Although I have been looking forward to my usual Lululemon spring line spending retrieve. I’ll probably get a solid Cool Racerback in this color.

Brisk Bloom Free To Be Bra
Really love this picture of the Macro/Micro and Parallel Striped Wunder Unders paired with Brisk Bloom.
I stopped in at my store today (again! looking for Run Day Crops and WU’s), and low and behold they had the Parallel Striped Wunder Under Crops in but not the Run Day Crops. I picked up a pair and didn’t even try them on until I got home. I’m between size 8 and 10, closest to size 10, and the size 8’s were plenty roomy. The size 10 would have definitely been too big on me. I’m not sure if they had size 10 and 12’s but now that I think of it, it looked as though not all the size cubbies had these pants in them so I’m going to say it only went to size 8 – they were just unpacking the boxes though so it could be that they didn’t get to that size yet. These stripes are super flattering and the fact that the base color on them is black and not white, I find them way better than Quiet Striped Wunder Under Crops. Nice soft luon and totally opaque.
