Lululemon Olympic Gear Dropping Tomorrow

The Lululemon Canadian Olympic replica gear will be uploading tomorrow at some mystery in time for the Olympic opening ceremony on Friday. I am feeling enticed into getting something since I love the Olympics but I’m nervous about the prices. I am fine paying a bit of a premium on something limited edition and patriotic like this but I suspect this will be priced beyond the already high increase. I don’t know. I’m also on vacation and will likely be away from my computer when the upload actually happens so I’ll probably miss out anyways. 

Besides the Canadian teams I’ll be watching at the olympics, I’ll be watching Lydia Valentina from Spain in Olympic lifting. My coach has a few team members competing in the olympics so I will be following them as well.

Nordstrom Activewear Picks

With the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale coming to a close in just 5 days and so many affordable activewear options, I thought I’d go through and see what activewear has been restocked. The Barbour jacket I purchased in the pre sale has been sold out for most of the sale but today I noticed that it had been restocked in all three colors so I decided to look around to see what other restocks have come up at the tail end of the sale.

Cool Racerback II Mini Hounds Camo Emperor Blue compared to a Cool Racerback

My main style issue with the new Cool Racerback Design is that it really exposes the wings area that my regular Cool Racerbacks nicely cover up. This is an area I’m self conscious about so try to avoid styles that really show that area off. I’ll have to try it on to know for sure but I can see that it’s probably going to be an issue for me. The length of the Cool Racerback II doesn’t seem as short as the Studio Racerback.

No surprise here but nothing for me today. I am shocked that the Fast As Light 2-In-1 Tank is $74 and contrary to what the name of the tank implies, you cannot detach the bra from the tank to wear them as separates. It is sewn in. I am also really disgusted and disappointed that the new Run For Daze Jacket is not only $20 more expensive but it is no longer reversible. Did you break resolve today and not order anything or are you voting with your wallets? 

I’m off to watch Ghostbusters with my girls. Forget this Lululemon noise!

The Olympic Swimsuit hasn’t made it to stores or online yet it’s already made it to eBay.

Fast As Light 2 In 1 Tank

“I was so excited for a bright red tank but I felt like a high school boy at a track meet. The tank and bra are sewn together” Unfortunately it sounds like the bra and tank cannot be worn as separates. Boo to the misleading name. 

Reader A notes that the camo print is a different vacation in Rain Jacket and Pace Rivals are a brighter version of the print than the Cool Racerback II and the SPeed shorts. 

You can see the speed shorts (duller) compared to the Pace Rivals (brighter). 

Power Purple Swiftly Tech LS

‘New’ Heathered Sapphire Swiftly Tech SS which looks to be the same color/material as last years Heathered Sapphire Swiftly Tech LS.
