The Lululemon Upload is live! Small little upload for the beginning of the month. Nothing super exciting for me, but I do love the Take It All In Sweater in Sunlight Yellow. I especially like that it’s a cotton knit which is perfect for the warmer months.

Those one piece Pyjamas are cute but boy going to the washroom in the middle of the night would be a challenge.
Yes that is a twice a night event for me and I never turn on the lights.
There’s nothing I want this week, but I am waiting for the arrival of my Lorna Jane order. Since Lululemon’s uploads have been lackluster I decided to place an order elsewhere. I’ve been eyeing both Lorna Jane and Sweaty Betty for awhile now. With no stores for either brand nearby I can’t feel the fabrics or do try ons to figure out their sizing. I had a 20% off code for Lorna Jane so I used the sizing charts, found a fun pair of leggings, a cute hoodie and went for it. Has anyone else ordered from Lorna Jane and is the quality on par with Lululemon?
I couldn’t resist the dynamic days onesie!! hopefully it will be cute on. ?
I’m in Australia so Lorna Jane is really easy to access. I’ve tried to order things from Lorna Jane several times before (sports bras, seamless bra, top and tights) and I find the quality is not really on par with LLL. The seamless bra started falling apart after a few wears and washes. The sports bras’ straps started unravelling at the attachment points. It is pricey, however. It also doesn’t help for me that a lot of the otherwise ok styles have dorky slogans or “Lorna Jane” plastered all over them (which, if it’s your thing, go for it). I notice recently they’re trying to introduce a few more “essential” styles but they all look kind of bland – but expensive. A lot of the bra styles also have an unnecessary number of straps which serve no practical purpose (but are all usually adjustable) so I think the LLL styles tend to have a little more thought into the design of the straps. The fit is ok (the sizes follow letter sizing, i.e. XXS, XS, S etc). I take a 4 in LLL in most things and I found XS fit me best. Also worth noting I see a lot of ladies walking around in Lorna Jane (e.g. walking the dog, shopping, dropping kids off at school) but they don’t tend to be wearing it for actual workouts, so I guess it depends on what you want to use it for. Hope that helps!
Thanks so much for your reply! I will definitely return the leggings if they aren’t up to par. The hoodie should be okay since it’s casual wear, but I’d rather lose out on the shipping than have mediocre leggings for my workouts.
I am loving the wild bluebell color! It’s the closest color to rocksteady that I’ve seen in years. Hoping it comes out in a cool racerback, although they don’t seem to be putting out a lot of CRBs lately.
Wild bluebell is a total win for me. I may pick up the love crew in it since I like that top and the other options aren’t doing it for me.
I saw on the Aus upload camo OTF lux joggers that I was hoping would come to the US. I really like how those fit and this is a color/pattern that I really like.
I tried on the trail trekker tights at the store yesterday ….. they are really cute and comfortable … I purchased
Lorna Jane is meh for me. I was impressed with a pair of Sweaty Betty reversible leggings I ordered several years ago, though, very high quality.
Sweaty Betty is great quality especially the ski and merino stuff. I have several different styles of pants and tops. I’m a 6 or 8 lulu and order a M (lots of bum and thigh room). their yoga leggings are kinda see through and not compressive. They also refund duties no questions asked (I’m in Canada and have had about half of my orders charged). They seem to have US customer service now, as last year I had to call the UK to get my refund but the last time it was an 8- number instead. That all being said, I can’t comment on how long things will last since I have lulu pants than are more than ten years old but have only been purchasing from SB for about four years. They have some excellent sales, so it is worth getting on their mailing list.
Thanks for the information about Sweaty Betty! They have a lot of cute items and I’m thinking of putting in an order in a month or so. I need to take a little time after my costly and disappointing Lorna Jane experience. ☹️ Unlike Lorna Jane they have free shipping on orders and returns… and the quality has to be better.
