Product Alert Images: Pigment Blue Cool Racerback, Bordeaux Drama Relax Fit Pants and Studio Crops, Pigment Blue Relax Fit Crops II

These are some of the items we might see tonight along with the 105F items, Angel Blue Define Jacket and Angel Blue Swiftly’s for the US side. I’m not a huge fan of Pigment Blue for some reason (even though I love Wish Blue) so I’m not feeling tempted by this CRB. I’d be very interested in a Bordeaux Drama CRB though. I like the Bordeaux Drama Studio Crops and Relaxed Fit Pants but those are items I can pass on.

Uh-Oh! Bordeaux Drama Studio Crops

by Cristina August 27, 2012

I know a lot of you were speculating about the possibility of Bordeaux Drama Studio Crops or Pants and it looks like this will be uploaded tonight (along with Pigment Blue) based on todays product alerts. I didn’t see these in store today and I’m so glad of that. I am tempted but these would not get a ton of wear from me, especially since they are crops and Fall is just around the corner….so I will not be feeling too badly about passing on these.

Fit Review: Heathered Angel Blue Define

by Cristina August 27, 2012
written by Cristina

This was totally out of my budget today but I did get the ‘yes honey‘ ok to get it and its one of those items that I just couldn’t pass up and didn’t want to wait to see if it got uploaded tonight. I feel slightly less guilty making a purchase like this one where I know it will get tons of wear both casually and for Crossfit where as the Serenity Sweater, as much as I love it in Bordeaux Drama, it’s got limited usefulness in my closet and the cost per wear is just too expensive for me at this time.

This Define is buttery, buttery soft and heathered. Its slightly different than the Cool Racerback with 1%-3% less polyester (can’t quite remember what the CRB is Cool Racerback is 47% Polyester, Define is 42% Polyester) so the difference is that the Define doesn’t have that shimmer/sheen that the CRB has. I think it’s also ever so slightly thicker but not by much and definitely softer. The difference in fabric is miniscule but if you are OCD like me (I know a lot of you are) you will notice. If you really like your Defines structured and stiff you may not love this one as much as I do. It’s so soft that it feels like RULU and is really stretchy and much less structured compared with my Power Purple which is a solid and holds it’s shape a little more. The inner logo/seam detailing is contrasted in Angel Blue Tonka Stripe and the body is Heathered Angel Blue. I got this in my Define size 12, same as my Power Purple. My Cool Racerback size is 10. Keep in mind that I’m wearing a bad top in this picture under the Define. It’s a really flowy tee and its all bunched up underneath and hanging out at the bottom in a bad way. I’d never wear this top under the Define out.   I’m in deep love with this jacket right now and will probably tear the tags of and wear it to Crossfit tomorrow morning.

Heathered Angel Blue Define Jacket

I’m having a major lust feast over the Angel Blue Define Jacket especially after I checked it out online last night on the Australian site only to discover it’s heathered, and the logo is Angel Blue Tonka Stripe. I mean, it just looks decadent.

105F Singlet

by Cristina August 26, 2012
written by Cristina

I was so close to pickup up the 105F Singlet today as part of a return but ended up putting it back and deciding to wait. The fabric is all sheer luon and super soft and cool, and I’m really wanting an Angel Blue item (or Bordeaux Drama for something different) but I was a bit worried about how delicate it would be. Also, I think I want an angel blue item in a more vibrantly died fabric (sheer luon dulls down a bit) I guess it’s no more delicate than my swiftly’s… still,  for some reason I just didn’t want to pull the trigger today despite really liking this singlet. The edging on this is finished off really nicely with little hemmed scalloped edges around the arms, neck and bottom hem. Really cute and would have been perfect for the summer months. I like this shape a lot in casual tops so I was drawn to it but I think I need to try it on with a bunch of different bras first to see what the wearability is.  I think Angel Blue would look really nice over my Cross My Heart Bra in Plum.

Serenity Sweater, 105F Crops and 105F Singlet, Hot Spell Skirt

Serenity Sweater in Bordeaux Drama

Gosh I love this sweater. Of course it comes when I’m on a lulu spending hiatus so I will be hunting for this on ebay in about a month when they are all sold out everywhere. I got a Bordeaux Drama satin headband the other day and really love the color in person. Based on some past items I wasn’t sure I would but in person it’s quite a deep purply maroon, more like a deep wine than plum. They really did name this color well!
