Two new cycling items got uploaded to the Australian website last night, Paceline Jacket and Paceline Jersey. The Paceline Jersey has an interesting mesh paneling and some cute details. I wouldn’t mind trying that out.

Boring upload for me. I’m not even sure what would tempt me for this month other than a Very Green CRB. I do love the banner picture though, isn’t it cute? She’s totally badass like Betty White. Did you guys order anything? 

 If I wore swiftlies I’d be totally tempted by this one. To fragile for Crossfit though.

I don’t care for Parfait Pink at all so really not tempted by the CRB. Parfait is almost like a nude and not so much pink, also kind of murky. Aquamarine is pretty but I don’t gravitate to the pastels for working out in. I really like the brights and jewel toned CRB’s. 

Not many store pictures out today so I decided not to check out my closest store since it seems like it may be a pretty light product day. Rest Day Pullovers in grey and Fresh Teal are out in stores, Parfait Pink and Aquamarine CRB’s, and a few other odds and ends.

Does anyone else find it super annoying when you love the color palette that is out, but none of the designs appeal to you?

The Rest Day Pullover is cute in this color. I think in Very Green I would have been very tempted.

This tank has great reviews and looks really good on everyone but I just haven’t gotten on the bandwagon yet. 

Possibly would have gone with Beach Blanket Blue or Very Green had they been solid instead of color blocked. 

Puri-Tee SS

I’ve really disliked all of the tees they’be been putting out lately with the burnout, patterns and color blocking (puri tee, digni tee, clari tee). This one is kind of interesting though with the waffle burnout print and the tonka striped sleeves. I’d consider this one on steep markdown. Of all the tees I have from lulu (a few from each year), my favorite and most used is the Modern V Neck Tee.

I decided to post these store photos because they were taken at my gym. One of my coaches is a Lululemon ambassador so she was featured in this photo shoot of the latest items. If you zoom in you may see my score on the board for yesterdays WOD. Don’t zoom in, it wasn’t pretty. 

Also, there is a new feature in the commenting section of my blog where you can now post pictures along with your comments. There is a little ‘photo’ icon on the bottom left of the commenting box, similar to facebooks photo posting button. I’m really excited for this feature because now readers can posts their store finds, fit reports or sheerness reports…maybe sales posts (Maybe I’ll have a weekly sales post on Sunday nights where people can post their items in the comments section along with their contact info). Please use it because I find it so informative to get opinions from a variety of people, especially since not all the blog readers are connected to the lululemon facebook groups.

I’d like to try this top on since the material is nice and soft and I love the color but I’m bummed out its so short. 

I have no words that feel adequate enough, but my heart goes out to the victims of the Boston Marathon Bombings, and Americans that are right now feeling uncertainty and fear. I was at the mall today when I noticed a huge crowd standing by a television display and as I heard ‘bombing’ and ‘boston marathon’, my blood went cold. I can’t even imagine finishing a race with so much adrenaline and fatigue and exhaustion and all that comes with a race of that distance and then having to run for safety from an unknown danger. 

*tomorrow, lets wear our race shirts together to show our support.

As a result of this post the other day about the incredibly sheer Candy Striped Wunder Unders, and the backlash lululemon got on their facebook page, today they issued a statement on facebook in response to customer complaints. The Candy Striped/Aquamarine/Beach Blanket Blue Wunder Unders have been recalled from store shelves due to not being up to standard. Apparently they were meant to be double knit but instead they where single layered. Looks like they are still relying on customers to be their quality control. In the meantime,  check out the sheer white Gather & Crow crops (picture below) that were released last monday. I wonder if those are single knit or double knit ‘luon’ (aka ‘97% polyester’). Sheesh! Lululemon is kind of like Lindsey Lohan these days. Full of talent and yet a complete hot mess and totally exhausting. Such a shame.
