Not sure if these are like Wunder Unders but they are called the Insite Crop. I love crops with the cute leg details and I would buy each and every one of them if I could.

Well actually, this next picture looks more like a running crop to me. I’m in need of new running crops so I’ll be interested to try these on and see how comfortable this calf zipper would be.

It looks like there may be another zipper pocket on the hip which looks bigger than the usual pockets that are added to the running pants. Maybe it’s a pocket for a small map for those of us that don’t have fancy Garmins yet.

I’m not normally a Define fan but these were so gorgeous I couldn’t resist them and so I brought them home to pay a little visit because I just couldn’t decide which one. I’m not keeping these…or at least not the both of them but what I liked was the contrast stitching in the Lolo which is Power Purple but it sort of looks silvery in the light. That one looked really impressive on. And of course the Static and Senorita Pink combo was hard to resist, especially since I didn’t end up getting that combination in the Stride. I also saw the Bon Voyage Duffel in Ivy but not the Fast in Flight. I found the Brisk Running Gloves and picked those up but that purchase was overshadowed by these ladies.
Then I went into another store and got one of my other latest obsessions which is the Raglan TNA long sleeve t-shirts from Aritzia. Here it is in a heathered purple/blue but I also got a heathered pink one. I wish Lulu would make long sleeve t-shirts like these ones because the quality would be so much better. But they are super soft and pretty affordible at $35 so I’m glad I got them. There meant to be loose fitting and can be worn off the shoulder for that “flashback” look. I like the loose fit, it makes it feel like a thin and silky sweatshirt and not so much a long sleeve t-shirt.
I’m going to go to Lululemon today to see if I can find these Brisk Running Gloves I posted about the other day, not sure which store I’ll go to yet. Hopefully I can let you know a price on these (THE PRICE IS $28. Hooray for a decent price!!!) because I’d love to know the comparison to the ones last year. These ones have quite a lot of added features such as the long sleeves that tuck under your long sleeve shirt, the watch hole, the lulu giftcard pocket (card likely not included) and the thumb openings (fingers too?) for you to be able to work your iPod, the key pocket and the reflective piping. I really hope it comes in other colors but I’ll grab whatever really because these are a function not a fashion purchase.
Hopefully it’s soft running luon.
I’ll post a list of items I saw and hopefully if the Inspire Pullover isn’t in I don’t get tempted by anything else. All I “need” are fall running items.

And the verdict is that it is in fact a crewneck. I got this in a size 6 because I like a tighter fitting t-shirt. It was still roomy enough that it was long and had some space in the midsection but the neck was more of a scoop on me. What I love about the single tone Modern V-necks and crew necks are the longer sleeves and the extra seam details on the sides which really accentuates the waist. I also like the contrast seam down the middle of the back but I know that’s not a popular feature for some.
Also available in Charcoal.
I can’t wait to get these because when the weather gets cold my fingers go really numb and frosty on runs. I love that these are really long so that you can tuck it up into your sweater and that it has the watch opening and key pocket. I hope they come in Lolo or another color cause the black isn’t very sexy. Not that the Lolo would make it more sexy but maybe a little bit cute.

Have any of you tried the Nike Sportband? I’ve been tracking my runs using Runningmap.com and it’s worked out well to give me an approximation of my kilometres except that I want to know precisely what my kilometres are as well as my pace (which I’m pretty good at approximating too) and elevation so that I can start tracking my runs in terms of distance and not time spent. I also need something with a stopwatch function. The Nike Sportband retails here in Canada for $79 but were going on another US shopping trip soon and it’s $59 over there. Or I can get a Garmin 110 for $199 like a reader suggested to me. I think I’m also being swayed by the nice sleek packaging and pretty colors. And also the fact that it’s pretty simple, all you have to do is plug the USB portion into your computer and it uploads your workout without the need to have an iPod (my iTouch is too old for the Nike+). I know eventually I’m going to want the Garmin but for now, can I make do with the Nike sportband? If you have one of these doohickeys please let me know if your happy with it.
