Energy SL Coal

Reader Quincey provided fit pictures of the Energy SL in her true to size (regular tank size) and not sized down. I tried this on yesterday in an 8 and found it really comfortable and looked like this one does around my tummy.  My store had the tank in Toothpaste which I liked but didn’t love and Black. If I hadn’t gotten my Sing Floss Travel Jacket I would have liked to have gotten this tank in Coal. Kinda bananas that I opted for a hoodie on a hot summer day instead but I just loved the Navy Jacket on me and didn’t love any of the colors of the Energy. I hope we see a lot of color runs of the Energy SL this summer. I was just thinking i’d like to see thinking I’d like to see this in Pink Mist but I think it may be too late for that color.

Sandra Bullock was spotted wearing her Lululemon Coal Dance Studio Pants and Black Cabin Long Sleeve Tee. Sandra’s son Louis Bardo is too adorable in his little Tilly hat. George is not too bad on the eyes of course ;p I wonder what movie Sandra and George are filming together.

Run: Energy SL Toothpaste

This one is pretty and silky soft just like last years version (it does have the silverscent threads though) and it feels softer then my Personal Best SS Which felt slightly rougher with the edition of the silverscent threads. Maybe it’s certain colors that feel softer or perhaps the material was upgraded after it’s first run back in October. If you missed out on the Angel Blue Energy SL last year then you should probably check this one out as an alternative.

I really like the Lacey Lulu Hotshorts in Surge with the MIAB print but I’m not loving it in this distressed, bleached version of it. I hope there is a version that is Surge and not distressed. Also, I really hope it’s not burnout material (and I suspect it is) because those snag and develop holes wickedly easy. I made the mistake of purchasing the V Neck Manifesto Burnout last year for $88 and it lasted one wearing. Poo! All of the v-necks on the rack that I saw after the one I purchased all had holes in them so make sure to inspect yours carefully if you decide to get this.

Deep Breath Tank

Pippa Middleton competed in a mini triathlon wearing Lululemon Groovy Run Shorts today. This was the GE Blenheim Triathlon in which Pippa completed the 5km run portion in a very respectable 25 minutes and 30 seconds.

I slept in a little today (did you watch that most amazing Canucks win?) so I’m really glad the Navy, Sing, Floss Travel Jacket wasn’t uploaded, just the Wren which meant I didn’t get anything today. Lots of goodies otherwise though. Did you buy anything? 

Bliss Dress

I tried this one on Tuesday and found I had to size up to a 10. The 8 fit but there was very little stretch in the tencil and the 10 flowed better. I liked that there was a double layer of Tencil in the skirt but I passed. I got a Renew Dirt Dress on the exchange page last week and it just arrived and I lurv it.

Run Resolution Skirt

I’m surprised this one is not sold out. Only some stores have gotten it and the last run of the resolution skirt in January sold out within minutes (and ended up on ebay). I guess thats what happens with super exclusive items.
