I got to my store this morning in hopes of seeing the Passage Sweater and the Post Chaturanga Pullover but all that was in today where the Gratitude Wraps in all four colors. I tried on my usual size 8 for Gratitude Wraps (size down from my usual size in most items) and I was pretty disappointed in the changes that have been made. Something about the bottom hem seemed off to me and it looked as though it flared out a bit more and bubbled over less. Its as if they nipped in the material on the sides to reduce bulk but the hemline is wider and more a line and it just doesn’t pool the same way. I’m pear shaped so I would have thought the flared out hem would work for me but I prefer the fit of last years version better. Possibly the lapels are smaller in this years version too, and its now lacking a drawcord in the lapel. The colors where not as vibrant in person as they are online and they looked quite muted so my overall impression was ‘pass’.
Although I didn’t see the Passage Sweater, I did see the Cozy Yoga Infinity Scarf which I believe is the same knit material and it was extremely soft and not at all itchy so I’m curious to try on the Passage Sweater.
My friend made it to the store this morning and is reporting back on the Post Chaturanga Pullover. It is not Sherpa fleece, its just regular fleece. Soft on the inside but the sides are RULU panels and the pocket is also RULU and not fleece on the inside, the neck is stiff. She says the fit was quite odd with tight arms and shoulders and a really baggy fit around the middle
Based on it not being sherpa fleece I’ll likely be returning mine once I receive it. I was hoping this was an updated version of the Don’t Hurry Be Happy Pullover.
I told ya! I told you we would see an upload tonight and that it would probably contain the Gratitude Wraps. I publish from my reliable sources from within the inner circle of trust (after learning my lesson with a few false anonymous tips). That and the last two years there was a Cyber Monday upload as well on the Sunday night before so it was a pretty safe bet. I ordered two items tonight, the black Post Chaturanga Pullover and the Heathered Zinfandel Gratitude Wrap. I’m not sure about the Gratitude Wrap though…I have a black swan one so it feels silly ordering it. And I didn’t get the Inkwell one because I have a heathered Navy Sing Floss Travel Jacket… I dunno. Maybe I should have gotten Heathered Inkwell. Maybe neither. I love the look of the Post Chaturanga Pullover but if its like the Don’t Hurry Be Happy Pullover, that was way way too warm for Vancouver weather. Did you order anything tonight? Lots of pretty goodies. Paris Perfection has made its appearance.
I hoped this was a herringbone pattern but its a heathered grey.

I really like the look of this sweater and love that it has merino wool. I need to feel it in store though and I want to know if its 100% Merino or if its a blend. I’ve so far loved the 100% Merino Harmonious Hoodie. I LOVE the name of this sweater too. Reminds me of Inside Passage on the BC Ferries and fishermen sweaters.

I saw a photo in one of the Lululemon groups of the Scuba Hoodie *bow and its really cute. It has velvet trim bow on the hood but its also printed in tonal beautiful baroque. Hopefully we’ll get a good store photo of it.
