Why the Lululemon Align High-Rise Tight in Micro Houndstooth is a Must-Have for Active Women
I finally got to wear my new houndstooth aligns to the gym today and I have to share how much i love them. The houndstooth print is so cute! It’s such a throwback to lululemon 2015.
The Align High-Rise TightAlign High-Rise Tight has been my go-to legging for CrossFit workouts. I workout 5-6 days per week and my align tights adapt to the huge variety of workouts, and they are surprisingly durable. Since I wear them so frequently, getting new prints or colors is a no-brainer.
I hope we see some more items in this, like a hooded define jacket and a racerback tank. It’s a 10/10. Highly recommend!

TheAlign High-Rise Tighthas always been my go-to legging for **CrossFit workouts**, and they continue to impress me. I workout 5-6 days a week, and these leggings adapt perfectly to a wide variety of exercises while remaining incredibly durable. With how often I wear them, picking up new prints or colors is an easy choice. I’m really hoping to see more items in this houndstooth print, like a hooded Define Jacket or a racerback tank. These tights are a 10/10—highly recommend!

I’ve received a few questions about my shoes tonight. They’re the Vivo Barefoot Shoes, which I’ve been wearing since March. After breaking a toe last year, I noticed a significant loss of foot mobility and strength. Wearing these barefoot shoes has been instrumental in rebuilding my foot’s intrinsic strength.
