I feel like the target demographic has changed. Dramatically. It’s now 10-16 year olds. I had the misfortune to go to the mall last weekend. Lulu and Sephora both full of pre-teens and teens. I saw a girl who was maybe 10, head to toe Lulu, including a bet bag, the tiny cropped scuba, black leggings, Nike socks and Uggs. I’m not into wearing the same clothes as a 10 year old. I’m 48. Call me a boomer if you want. Lulu still has adults modeling the clothes on the website, but I wonder when that will change.
The New Year collection opens my wallet every year! Love it.
