• A Settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against lululemon USA Inc. and lululemon athletica Inc. (“lululemon”). The class action lawsuit involves whether lululemon requested and recorded customers’ zip codes during credit card transactions at its California locations.
• You are included if you used a credit card to purchase merchandise at a lululemon showroom in Carmel, Lake Tahoe, Los Gatos or Sherman Oaks, California, between August 10, 2011, and August 16, 2012, or in San Diego, California, between August 10, 2011, and December 20, 2012, and lululemon requested and recorded your zip code. You are not included in the Settlement if you used a debit card, prepaid credit card, and/or a business credit card.
