**Now there are reports that during checkout some customers are seeing other peoples orders with credit card numbers and shipping info**

This is a screen shot of someones order (Canadian) when they checked out and got a screen showing someone else’s credit card info and shipping info (US customer).

Size 4 & 6 sold out on international side within 2 minutes!

Haha! 6:30 am and the server overload has already begun.

Why won't it complete the order…are they all sold out on the Canadian side too? When I went back into the site and tried again it was still showing that there were sz 2 and 4 available. Is this just a technical problem?

I finally could get a GW in black (around 9 am), after spending 1h in front of the screen, grrr… A chance that I didn't have to work today, but still what a waste of time… It was still available in every size, I wanted the black swan but after trying and trying to order it, it was sold out. When ordering, I could see "heathered black- blackbone"? I wonder if these are new colors coming?

That is a violation of Canadian and BC privacy laws and should be reported. If the US customer is in California its also a violation of Ca law. It's also considered a Payment Card Industry (PCI) breach and could result in fines by Visa and Master Card and or the loss of their merchant id and the ability to process Credit cards company wide. Not good Lulu!!

Heathered black?!?!?! Sounds beautiful!! I don't think we've seen any heathered colors in the French Terry material though, have we?

the black swan gratitude wrap is called "black swan/black swan heathered black skeletonbone" which is probably what you saw.

this is not the first time this has happened. it happened before, reported and lulu did not fix it. shame on you.

@ arwen – that happened to me too but I got a message from paypal that I did authorize a payment and I got an order confirmation from lulu stating that my order was confirmed! I got the bs so I hope it did go through!

I wanted to order a wrap although they look a little unflattering kind of like a loaded diaper on the back. But they were sold out in my size. I did take down my credit card information after I read this blog. What a mess! I really donor understand why they can't get their website to function better.

how would you know if your credit card was breached? does it only apply to those that are stored on their site? if you enter yours in manually for every purchase, would you still be a victim?

The person has been informed and GEC will get a copy of this transaction screen shot without the blacked out areas.

I got mine in two sizes the minute it was uploaded!! I went to get a cup of cofee after the site crashed and when I came back… GW! I thought I missed my chance but I was able to order a size 2 and size 4 black GW. I bet I'll keep the 4 (TTS) and sell/return the 2. Ladies who did not get a GW today: Don't worry! I'm sure many people ordered lots of sizes and will have a few GW's to sell. PLUS: Blurred grey and ghost coming!!! I'm DYING for Blurred grey! I wish it was uploaded today because I'd take it over black any day.

The Educators at my US store are soooo clueless! I can't wait to wear my GW in and they'll be like "what's THAT? Where did you get THAT?" Silly girls… only the most coveted lululemon item EVER!

Even though you got a confirmation # you should still email GEC and confirm that you will be getting your order. I got a confirmation # and email after trying to check out for over an hour. I emailed GEC right after to make sure I will receive me GW. They just emailed me and told me my order was CANCELLED. Their excuse was that there were too many people ordering the same wrap at the exact same time this morning. I am beyond annoyed and frustrated.

the credit card number is not saved when you enter it…so not really sure how this could have happened…maybe we need all the facts before jumping to conclusions. Is everything written on the internet a "fact"? I know I certainly don't believe everything I read…

I tried to order a Stride this morning and my cart kept saying it was empty. After 20 minutes I called a GEC. She couldn't help me order it and said she would call me back when she had the price (kind of weird since it's on the website) from the warehouse and that was almost 10 hours ago. I'm getting sick of this non-sense. Short supply, lack of knowledge, airheads, crappy website and I just keep on giving them my money. Shame on me.

My first transaction was "hung up" at the final payment stage and after 20 minutes of waiting, I was booted out of the page and sent to a page where my cart was empty. I figured the transaction did not go through, so I tried again (size 6 black swan). The same thing happened again. Then thirty minutes later I got two separate order confirmations, so thankfully, I was able to cancel one of them. I finally (I think) got what I wanted: ONE SZ 6 BS, but we'll see!!!

Personally, I'm not a fan of the GW, but I feel for those of you who are and who had difficulty ordering. As an online shopper on occasion, I am concerned about my credit card information being breached. My temptation is the BS full tilt LS — and the upcoming lilac one!

BTW to find the wrap I had to type Gratitude in the Lulu search bar and it came up…still 4 and 6 in Black Swan at this time.

I have had so much trouble in the past trying to check out on Lulu's site (stuff disappears, stuff reappears, site suddenly doesn't know who the hell I am, etc.), that I always just use Paypal now. That being said, I NEVER get a reusable bag, even though I request one every time!

Lululemon blows with all this nonsense! they should be reported for their website issues and breach of security.

Well, as an update, my order DID NOT go through, despite the order confirmation e-mail I received. I contacted GEC this morning to check, since the educator said last night that it looked promising. No compensation for the mess up. I am SO disappointed!

I'm wondering if anyone that's whining and complaining about not getting a Gratitude Wrap is seriously thinking about how stupid they sound. Why not be thankful that you have $118 to spend on one top instead of whining about the fact that you didn't get one. Maybe it's karma telling you that your money could be helping someone instead.

The credit card issues are obviously a problem, but everyone knows that when you use the internet you are never 100% secure. Sony, who's WAY bigger than Lululemon, just had big problems, so why is everyone surprised that there could be a problem here. Buy gift cards and use those online.

Anon 3:22 – if you're not near a store you need a credit card to buy a gift card, then you need to wait for the gift card to come through the mail, then you can use it.

Calm down, people have a right to be upset about having a hard time getting an item they are really excited about. And even if internet shopping isn't 100% secure it doesn't mean that people do not have a right to be upset/worried/surprised about this.
