Tempted by this pretty Willow Blue Diamond Define Jacket Nulu Diamond. I wonder how soft it is compared to other Nulu Define Jackets.
Hey ya’ll! I’m back from my Texas road trip! Sorry I went MIA from upload posts. I even missed the debut of the Breezethrough High-Rise Tight (lol, read this post), and almost immediate removal of them. I find it odd that they removed them from shelves so quickly after customer feedback. Over the years there have been a few styles of pants that have been widely deemed unflattering, and they were never so quick to pull them. I especially find it an odd move at a time when their product lineup is so paired back due to the economy. I wonder if there was something else wrong with those leggings..
I didn’t plan on missing so many uploads but the timing of the drives between locations just worked out that way.
We had such a great time driving from Vancouver, to Boise: Idaho, to Salt Lake City: Utah, to Durango Colorado: then to Amarillo Texas: Fort Worth, Texas: Dallas Texas: Waco, Texas. The route home was Waco, Texas: Tulsa, Oklahoma: Wichita Kansas: Denver Colorado: Grand Junction Colorado: Boise, Idaho: Vancouver. As you can see, a whirlwind. But so much fun!
I should do a post soon on my trip, and what I packed. I pretty much lived in 4-5 pieces of clothing.
This upload I ordered the Lightweight Adjustable Cargo Pants. I had looked at them online last week but realized they were sold out in my size after the upload. I also ordered Soft Jersey Straight-Leg Mid-Rise Pant.The Adjustable Mini Shoulder Bag is very cute. My Everywhere Crossbody Bag 2L Metal Hardware got a ton of use on my trip on now is in desperate need of a wash. Tempted by the mini shoulder bag but I’m going to hold off.

*Sigh* another Micro Upload this week. You know what we are really missing for this summer collection? Cropped wide legged Nulu pants. I realized yesterday when I was shopping for vacation clothes that we haven’t gotten any cropped groove pants this year, or align wide legged cropped pants, or any other variation. I am also sad we don’t have the old style v-necked love tees which are a travel staple. I also noticed we haven’t gotten any swimwear or UPF pieces. I don’t get this strategy. I understand lululemon has paired down during this tough economy, but shoppers are only going to buy the same basic pieces so many times. And you already know how I feel about the endless cropped shirts.
Did you order anything this week? I received all of my Beyond Yoga pieces now and I am really loving the Featherweight Flounce Tank especially. I’ll hopefully have a review for you soon once I can get pictures.
This is a very small ulpload this week. I’m surprised we haven’t seen more summer gear like bathing suits, UPF and Watersport suits. We also haven’t seen many dresses this year.
I do love the new Legacy Green color though and will definitely get an align tank and leggings in this color, hopefully next week. The Define Jacket in legacy is tempting. I may have gotten it if it had a gold zipper. I got my husband these shorts in legacy green for fathers day and they look great!

Another really light lululemon Upload this week. We got a pretty new crossbody bag though which I ordered in the pink. I wasn’t initially going to order the Everywhere Crossbody Bag, but the pocket configuration looks great and very spacious and I think it’s a really practical design. I think I”ll get a lot of use out of it. I love that there is a flap pocket on the outside in the back which is perfect for my phone. I hate zipping my phone in with my wallet.
As promised in my last upload, I’m going to feature some other brands during upload posts. This weeks feature is Beyond Yoga. I made three Beyond Yoga purchases this week. The Featherweight Flounce Tank in black spacedye, which I ordered off their website. I also ordered the Spacedye Slim Racerback Cropped Tank in a gorgeous deep purple, which I ordered from a local retailer. And finally, I ordered the Spaced Step Up Racerback Tank which reminds me of the CRB, off postmark.
I’ll do a review of them once they’ve all arrived and I’ve worn them for workouts. So far I’ve received the cropped tank and It’s buttery soft and gorgeous, but it’s cropped and I plan to wear it as a longline sports bra.

Happy Upload, guys! Sorry this post was very slow today. I kept having technical issues pop up. One of those days I guess.
Did you order anything today? I keep searching the tank top category each week hoping for some new items, or old favourite coming back. I’m so disappointed at the constant parade of cropped spaghetti strap tanks. I can’t wear a spaghetti strap tank to workout layered over a proper sports bra with regular straps. I have natural breasts and I am finding more and more that lululemon designs are catered to enhanced breasts that don’t need the extra support in tops. Which is great that there are options for enhanced, but can we also cater to regular breasts?
A cropped top just feels weird when I’m doing anything other than standing up as tall as possible. When I’m using the rower at the gym, I don’t like having my tum-tum hanging out as I lean forward repeatedly.
Anyways, my frustration is so high with the strangeness of the design options this year that I’m maybe going to start shopping competitors and including various options on upload posts.

New Pride merch has dropped this week! I haven’t featured all the items in this post but I did feature the wild Discotheque Multi print. I saw this print in store yesterday and it’s very flashy!
I’m thrilled to see more items in Washed Mauve. It’s my favourite Lululemon color in a long time and when it uploaded a few months ago, there were too few items. Hong Kong got the Define in Washed Mauve so I’m hoping we see it here too. I ordered the Track That High-Rise Lined Short and the Scuba Oversized Hoodie in washed mauve. That one uploaded a few weeks ago and I’ve been debating it.
I’m also really liking the cute Everywhere Backpack in Swirl Yellow. I hope we see some clothing items in this color.

Little bitty upload today, but I did find some cute pieces to order. I really like the new Spray Leopard Print so I ordered Align Pant, and the Align Waist-Length Tank. I would have ordered shorts but they are only available in Wunder Trains so far.
