lululemon Product Drop and Upload – What’s good this week:
Happy lululemon Upload Day! I first thought this was a really boring upload but some really great pieces trickled in. I ordered the Pointelle-Knit Cotton Sweater, the Cap-Sleeve Henley T-Shirt, and debating about the License To Train Lightweight Jacket. I’m also really tempted by the Side-Cinch Tank Top which I may break down and order as well. So many cute pieces for Spring/Summer and in such pretty colours, too!
Podcast Recommendation
As I work on this weekly upload, I often have podcasts playing in the background. Today, I’m captivated by one featuring Dr. Courtney Conley interviewed by Dr. Peter Attia, delving into her specialty—the foot!
Since I fractured my pinky toe last year, I’ve become acutely conscious of my walking stride and how my foot feels during workouts. I’ve progressed from the cumbersome post-surgery boot to a carbon steel foot insert that prevents toe flexion, and now I no longer use any inserts. I realized that my foot was causing my knee pain. Immobilizing my foot made it noticeably weaker along with my ankle and shins. I’ve become engrossed in understanding the sensory input of our feet and how it influences our overall body alignment from knees to hips, even to our jaws.
I’m eager to strengthen my feet, which means spending more time barefoot. However, my fear of re-injuring my toe makes me hesitant to go without shoes. Perhaps I should tape my pinkie toe to its neighbors to avoid catching it on furniture again. There’s nothing like a spiral fracture from hyperextending a toe to make you walk with extreme caution.

April Showers of Style: Lululemon’s Weekly Product Drops and Web Restocks
Just a little upload today, gang! But that’s ok because we got a restock on the very popular Two-Tone Canvas Tote Bag, the Mini Shoulder Bag 4L, and Two-Tone Canvas Tote Bag 10LI know a lot of you will scoop those up this week.
Nothing for me this week but I have been buying up old Cool Racerback Tanks on the resale market. There are so many great colours and prints out there that I didn’t get around to getting them brand new.
Freshen Up Your Fitness Wardrobe: Lululemon’s April Product Drops and Web Restocks
Happy Upload, gang! Two things I’m eyeing today: The new Oasis Blue Define Jacket, and the Sinatra Blue Scuba Oversized Full-Zip Hoodie
I also really like the new Green Punch, and Frosted Jade greens.
Did you order anything today?

Elevate Your April with Lululemon: Weekly Product Drops and Web Restocks
It’s April and that means new colours! We got some new Oasis Blue items today, and Cascadia Green. I’m eying the Cascade Green Scuba Oversized Full-Zip and the Oasis Blue Swiftly Relaxed Long Sleeve.
I ordered the new Modal Silk-Blend Spaghetti Strap Tank Top in both colours. I really like the modal silk tanks from last year, but I prefer this style with the closed back. It’s such a versatile tank for warm weather. You can wear them casually, for workouts, or dressed up!
Did yo guys order anything today?

Mini upload today, guys. Not much new. The Ink Islands Twice Blue Multi print is pretty and it has me wishing we still had Cool Racerbacks. I would love this print in a CRB, but leggings are a no for me.

March Must-Haves: Discover Lululemon’s Latest Product Drops and Web Restocks
Excited about the latest upload! While I hoped for more Washed Mauve items, it seems the color trend has faded. Yearning for additional tank options, especially non-cropped ones, and a Define Jacket. Opted for Aligns, though preferring this color on the top half. My workout buddy looks fabulous in her Washed Mauve Aligns, so I had to give them a chance.
This week, snagged the Warpstreme Multi-Pocket Mid-Rise Golf Pant. Sold out in upper sizes for the cropped pair, and black full-length sizes going fast. Normally size up, but giving my regular size a shot. Eyeing the Cotton-Blend Double Knit Mid-Rise Cargo Pant; thinking the loose pull-on style might look frumpy on me, planning to try in-store.
Anyone else longing for Cool Racerback Tanks? I’ve been so disappointed with the limited tank options—either overly tight or too loose and cropped. Living in my NULU Cool Racerbacks and swiftly sleeveless tanks these days but I need to have some new colors or styles.
