I’m kinda intrigued by the Tranquility Pant. I love flowy Tencil pants with roll down waists, but these pants require a wedge heel for me to pull off since I’m short legged. These are definitely not flip flop or running shoe pants for me.

If you love the Water: Surf Shorts but they don’t work for you (they didn’t for me either), I love these La Blanca Board Shorts which are more modest. I got a pair three years ago in blue and when I returned the Water: Surf Shorts last week I got these in black instead.
