My new lululemon Speed Up shorts just arrived last night and love them so much I wanted to share. I wore them to the gym today of course so got a full ‘outfit’ for the pics. The print on these is so perfect. It’s a subtle monochrome leopard print that isn’t fussy or loud, and it matches everything!

Happy 4th, Friends! And Happy Canada Day! Hope your holiday weekend has been great! I spent my Canada Day at the gym with my youngest flipping tires and wall hopping. So much fun! However, I’m not at the parenting daughters stage where they are stealing all of my lululemon shorts. Too big on them you say? No bother. that’s what putting knots in the waist tie is for.
Good thing I spotted two new lululemon shorts in new colors today. I had two order those gorgeous Espresso Hottty Hot Shorts. I really love the color and I don’t remember seeing run shorts in dark browns before. Then I spotted the Speed Up Shorts in this beautiful monochrome leopard print. I am debating getting align shorts in espresso as well, but I think I’ll hold off on those.

It’s Belt Bags and lululemon Softstreme today! We got a huge drop of new softstreme items including a softstreme dress. Restocks of popular colors in the lululemon belt bag (sonic pink), and some new colors and prints too!
Last week I ordered the new Hooded Define Jacket in Meadowsweet Pink and it’s to die for. The website photo doesn’t do the color justice. It’s a shade or two more chromatic in person, and it’s the perfect slightly cool-toned pink. If you’ve been considering it, definitely get it. It’s my favourite of the recent pastel pinks (strawberry milkshake, pink peony, flush pink etc.)

I suspect the lululemon Scuba Oversized Full Zip in Java will be this weeks sell-out item. This week I ordered the Daily Multi Pocket Canvas Tote. I was considering it a few weeks ago but then it sold out. Ms.K shared some pictures of hers (see down the page) and said the bag is really great quality.
I don’t normally like tennis dresses but the new Tiered Pleats Tennis Dress is very very cute! Definitely check it out if you play tennis.
Photos are thanks to Ms. K who purchased the tote a few weeks ago. She’s thrilled with the quality and says it’s a steal at the price point it’s at. I ordered one today since it’s restocked.

I shared my lululemon Haul and Try-On report a few days ago and did a fitting room try-on of the lululemon Lightweight Tennis Mid-Rise Track Pants in white. My store didn’t have any other colors but I had ordered the black pair so I wanted to share them as well. I am so glad I ordered them. I liked them in white, but I LOVE them in black.

Today I felt inspired to share my favourite lululemon tank tops from latest ‘Shop My Own Closet’ finds. I’ve been hitting the gym pretty regularity lately and it’s made me dig into my closet to find some of my old lululemon tank tops. I’ve been blogging here since 2010, so you can imagine how many lululemon treasures I have accumulated. I may just make this post a regular feature!
I have two tank tops in particular that I’m really loving lately: The Drop It Like It’s Hot Tank in Menthol, and black, and the Fast Lane Singlet in Pop Cut Boom Juice. They are so perfect for the hot weather since they are silky, light and airy, and loose fitting. I love the mesh inserts and the cinchable customizable waist on the Drop It Like It’s Hot Tank. Really helpful when doing burpees or handstands.
Shopping my closet really makes me miss the old lululemon designs. They where so well made, beautifully designed and with a lot of feminine elements. I still really love my lululemon a lot and can’t seem to find that same love with other brands, but OLD lululemon was so much more special. Makes me regret a lot of the items I’ve sold over the years.
