Push Ur Limits Tank

Ebb and Flow Tank

Great detail shot of the thin stretchy Nylon/Spandex material. You can sort of get an idea that this will be as thin but more clingy than a Swiftly LS.

Here you can see how the bust detail fits on a smaller bust. The ruching and band below the bust may be a bit overwhelming.

Run: Switch Back LS

 Great reflective detail!

Photos Of The Latest: Run: Switch Back LS, Ebb and Flow Bra, Ebb and Flow Tank

I’m pretty sure these are some of the things we can expect for tomorrows upload with perhaps the items we saw in last weeks sneak peek videos.

Run: Switch Back LS

I’m not really loving this running long sleeve but it looks amazing on this model. It looks like the wide stripes with the darker contrast panels on the sides may have a slimming effect.

Ebb and Flow Bra, Paris Pink

This seems to be a low support option for under Cool Racerback Tanks. I wonder what the price is considering the tank is $68.

Ebb and Flow Tank, Deep Indigo $68

Don’t have much hope for this tank on me since its so body hugging and a very thin fabric. It’ll show every lump and bump. I do really love the color though. Deep Indigo is gorgeous!

New! Run: Switch Back LS

by Cristina January 22, 2012

I love me a Rulu running long sleeve but I’m just not liking this design at all, seems a bit busy and boxy with the combination of Rulu as well as ribbed power luxtreme sides, circle mesh too? Contrast stitching AND print. It’s reversible which is nice, the bottom grey/white LS reverses to all white and it looks like the Deep Indigo stripe one reverses to the same, maybe less contrast stitching. I just wish we’d see more of the Full Tilt Long Sleeve in more colors. I love that pullover and it’s all I use as a warm layer for Crossfit. It’s so simply designed with very little fussyness and I’d probably get a couple more in colors that I love.

New! Ebb and Flow Tank

Thanks to Tonya-Lynn for sharing her picture of the new Ebb and Flow Tank. Wow though, $64 seems quite steep for this tank even though it has a built in bra. I am curious to try it although I suspect because of the thinness of the Nylon/Spandex knit fabric (think thick pantyhose) and the body hugging design it will show lumps and bumps like crazy.

Color Comparison: Aquamarine to Toothpaste and Angel Blue

by Cristina January 21, 2012
written by Cristina

Thank you to Lauren for sending in this color comparison. On the right we have the lighter color of the three, Aquamarine, Top left lis Angel Blue and the bottom left color is Toothpaste. I have an Angel Blue Free To Be Hoodie that I had in my sell pile for almost two years and I pulled it out last week and realized I love the color and love the hoodie.  I think I’ll like Aquamarine as well.

Top Left: Angel Blue,   Bottom Left: Toothpaste,   Right: Aquamarine

New! Ebb and Flow Tank

by Cristina January 21, 2012

A new tank has appeared in stores today called the Ebb and Flow Tank and it comes in Paris Pink, Deep Indigo and Black, priced at $64 (Ouch!!). The material is like the old Hatha Tank from several years ago which if I remember correctly was a bit like nylons, think thin luon (as in pantyhose thin, sort of). You can find the old Hatha Tank on ebay quite often. This new one has ruching at the bust and a band below the bust and a faint stripe pattern on it. No pictures yet but hopefully someone can send one in if you see it. I may check my store tomorrow for it.

Hatha Tank

There is also a new run long sleeve priced at $88 and came in a black striped version and an indigo/white version with wide stripes like the newest Cool Racerback Tank. No pictures yet but hopefully soon.

Lululemon Push Ur Limit Tank is Back!!

by Cristina January 21, 2012
written by Cristina

A US showroom is showing this new Push Ur Limits Tank  in what looks like Paris Pink/Heathered Paris Pink. I know a lot of you have been wondering when this tank was coming back since it’s last run last spring. I wonder if this one has the adjustable bra straps in it. Also seen in the same album is the newest quilt pattern for the Wunder Unders that we previewed on my blog yesterday

Cool Racerback Price Increase

by Cristina January 20, 2012
written by Cristina
We Make Too Much!!

After a few days of confusion with the price tags on the latest Cool Racerback Tanks (priced at $48 up from $42 – earlier in the year they were $39) and no real answers given, it seems as though Lululemon is increasing prices once again – Lululemon just doesn’t want to say it out loud.

Initially the GEC response was that no, the tags were a mistake and that price is only for special edition tanks. Some people were being charged the correct price of $42 in stores when the CRB’s were scanning in at $42, others were being charged $48 and then given refunds when the price discrepancy was brought to the cashiers attention, and others were told a flat out no, the price is indeed correct at $48. Guest Education has been asked several times thru Facebook, phone call and the online chat feature on the website what the correct price is for these tanks and wether or not we will be seeing price increases for all Cool Racerbacks and the response has changed from ‘no’, to ‘yes’ to ‘let me get back to you’. Still waiting on the response to the question I asked yesterday on the lululemon facebook page. Surely there is someone at Lululemon headquarters that is in charge of pricing and knows the answer to this simple question. What is the correct price for the Camo Cool Racerback Tank? Are the prices going up for all Cool Racerback Tanks (that have a print, line, are static or heathered)? Is anybody there? Can somebody hear me?

So it seems that either all Cool Racerback Tanks will now be priced at $48…or all printed Cool Racerbacks will now be considered ‘special edition’ when they were not before. Which is kind of annoying because how many solid Cool Racerbacks have we seen this past year? 3? I remember Currant and Surge. We have heathered and static and wee striped and printed..will those all be considered ‘special edition’ now? We’ve already witnessed lululemons failed price increases with the Special Edition Scubas, Limited Edition Scubas and basic scubas being called special edition because of stripes. ALL ENDED UP IN MARKDOWN. And are sitting there in markdown. Will we show Lululemon that we approve of the price increase with Cool Racerback Tanks like we approve of the ridiculously priced scubas and just let them sit there unsold? They got away with the original price increase with the Cool Racerback Tanks by slapping a ‘reversible’ label (how much do those cost?) and an iron on logo on tanks that have always been reversible. I’m afraid that is probably my threshold for price on these tanks.
