The Ravi Tee I ordered on Tuesday’s upload just arrived and I really like it. I ordered my TTS 10 in the Hyper Stripe Medium Grey/Ghost and am really glad I did because although it is loose in the chest and upper body, it is long and fitted over the hips and snug over the arms. Overall I find the shape really flattering and great for wearing over leggings. Worth noting is that the bottom hem, although stitched, is raw and so as soon as you put it on it begins to roll. Its the same at the neckline but the sleeves are cuffed and nicely finished. The giant ipad pocket at the breast is quite large but it is off to the side and in this print it is barely noticeable. I’m liking that Lululemon has come back to making soft vitasea/pima cotton tees. For the past 2-3 years they had cheapened out by making yucky burnout material or polyester blended tees and I was really missing the old designs like the Freedom Batwing, Liberty and 5yr Pima’s. I know cotton has been expensive but this is the type of product that is essential in the lineup year round. You can never have too many basic neutral cotton tees.
My store got Coco Pique Wunder Unders and although I really wish they were roll down’s I opted to return my roll down Black Grape WU’s in favour of these. I do really love the black grape but I regretted not getting Coco Pique last year when they were in store so these one over. I may have considered getting both of the Black Grape came in crop version so that I could wear them to the gym.
Black Grape Roll Down Wunder Under Pants are in store today along with new Coco Pique Wunder Unders. I tried them on both and LOVED both of them but since I can only get on pair I’ve returned the Black Grape. Black Grape was soft, thick and opaque and such an elegant color. Definitely not a Barney purple. I’ll hopefully do a review of the Ravi Tee later tonight when it arrives.

I really like the idea of this scarf but not so much the price. Tomorrow I’m going to go to Zara and pick up a bunch of different plaid varieties of scarves for around $20ish each (here, love this one). Chapters Indigo has a gorgeous Buffalo Plaid wool scarf for $40.

I feel like Canada got a lot of really cute items today and US had a much smaller upload. I ordered the Black Grape Full on Luon Roll Down WU’s because they are Roll Down and a really dark almost black purple. I do wish they were crops though. I would have ordered the Varsity Plaid WU’s but they aren’t roll down so I really don’t think they’d work out for me anyways. I also ordered the Refresher Racer Tank in Going Grape but I anticipate returning it. I’m just not sure I can love the Refresher Racer over the CRB but wanted to give it a try on. I was torn between ordering that or ordering the First Base Tank and I just wasn’t sure what to do. Other items that piqued my interest were the Fuel Green Coco Pique WU’s, the Ravi Tee and the Heathered Coal Energy Bra.

This Coco Pique Forme Jacket tempts me so much but I have last years pique Forme. And I have a Coco Pique Race Your Pace LS that I think I like more than the Forme.

There seems to be two types of scarves in stores today, this circle infinity style ($68) and another one that can be worn as a shall ($148). I believe both are merino wool. Not quite sure I’ve got the right name for this scarf.

I got one last month on markdown and really like it a lot. In the perfect color I’d bite at full price. For neutrals or colors I’m not super excited over I like to wait until markdown on tees. There are a few items that reliably go on markdown and I wait it out each time: cotton tees, knit accessories and merino wool socks. Every year I stock up on marked down wool socks at lulu.

The Torque Tank was in my store today. I tried it on but it was pretty thin vitasea, especially for such a fitted tank. The seams twisting to the front also felt a bit ‘wrong’ and like they needed adjusting.
Strange jacket…it looks like it has two rows of identical pockets.
Going Grape.
We haven’t seen many new CRB’s in at least a month and a half except for Purple Fog and Petal Camo. I wish we’d see a CRB in this Going Grape or in a Fuel Green.
