The Sweat Edit is taking a temporary pause while I step away to focus on some important personal and family circumstances.

After more than sixteen years of sharing this space with you, it wasn’t an easy decision to step back. But right now, my time and attention need to be elsewhere.

This isn’t goodbye. I will to return to The Sweat Edit when the time is right and when I have more of my personal journey to share with you.

Thank you for reading, following along, and supporting this little corner of the internet over the years. It has meant more to me than you know.
