Hey lulumum. I believe the name of the white WUC is "foli manifesto white nimbus", and not "foil manifesto white nimbus"….unless of course the lulu website has a typo! 🙂
Thanks!
The girl in that pic is making the tunic look kind of cute. I still think it's a big fail for Lulu and I would never buy, but styled in just the right way, it's a lot less frumpy than on the website.
Hi Lulumum – I saw on their FB page that a few people were complaining that they didn't receive $25 gift cards that were apparently sent out to a few select customers. Interesting promotion. Has LULU done this before? And do you know of anyone who received it? Curious as to what the criteria were, though I'm sure the company is just going to say it was random.
Thanks for the blog!
They've done it before when they've had major eff ups on their end. I received one last year (I think?) when they screwed up a ton of peoples' orders, including mine. They do apparently give stuff out at random in store as gifts, so I guess randomly giving some people gift cards online isn't too surprising. I didn't receive one this time around.
Thanks !
Regarding the gift card, my daughter got one in her email. I didn't and I spend thousands a year on LLL. She spends a few hundred. Go figure??? I'd like to be appreciated for being a loyal customer who spends a LOT on their stuff!
I was so embarrassed for the people complaining on social media. It's $25. LLL has a lot of problems, but corporations aren't your friends and don't owe you anything for shopping there.
@11:49 a.m. Lol, i had the same reaction!
I received one today. It took them 2 months to process my return so probably that's why
