I live in these Water Bound/Coastal Swim Tanks all summer when I take my kids to the pool daily so I’ll be getting one of these. I wish the neckline wasn’t so high though.

Yes it's swim fabric and UPF protection. I like it for running since it is very thin but very stretchy so it's much more comfortable than a swiftly. plus I'll probably use it at the pool with my kids when I really am not in the mood to be in a swim suit.
