Modeled Items

by Cristina

These are nice because there actually being modeled. Of the new Defines i’ve decided I like the Lolo one best. The static sure feels nice though. I like the slightly stiffer regular luon for the Define Jackets because it’s such a fitted and structured jacket I think it needs it.

The Express Yourself. I saw it in store a few times and haven’t tried it on mostly because for the price it’s just not soft enough. It doesn’t at all feel like cashmere which is disappointing (it does have cashmere but it’s a blend) and to me it feels like it would pill easily. I also don’t like that there isn’t a button or loop in the front to play around with all of that extra draped fabric. Cardigans can either look very dressy or very shlepy and this would just look shlepy on me with my height (or lack of).

New Savasana Wrap. Static Charcoal (?) and Black. I like this netutral one.
Travel Pooch. I don’t like that it doesn’t have a shoulder strap but the waist straps is different from the last version and has a nice buckle.

And a look at the Ivy Bon Voyage again just because I love the color

the savasana wrap is now the exact color of my gw from last year…I really wish they would come up with something new instead of recycling all the old color combos! Like an Ivy wrap would be great! and not a fan of the travel pooches beige straps on the lolo and coal 🙁 so looks like I will be getting black, which is alright since it goes with everything! also really wanting the inspires to come out~they sure are creating demand by holding out!!

I've never thought I liked the idea of the savasana wrap but it's been so cold in my office building this week the pictures makes me wish I was wearing one right now.

If I find a travel pooch this week I'm going to buy it for dog walking (I volunteer at the humane society) but I'm not 100% sure I'm going to feel ok about wearing a fanny pack. The lolo one is quite pretty though.

I love the colour combination on the savasana wrap (static with black) but the wrap itself looks terrible on me – it's so shapeless!

Oh no, that sw color is the SAME as my gratitude wrap! I wish there more earthtones, such as olive, brown or tan.

There was a branch SW last Fall and it's gorgeous. I had one, but it became too loose so I sold it. I loved it. The inner lining was a darker brown and the wrap goes with everything. The Gratitude Wrap came in Heathered Fox last year but I missed the boat. I have 2 and couldn't justify a third one. I should've just went for it!

I checked out the travel pooch today. I'm so disappointed it only comes with the waist strap, and it's sewn on. I made it as long as a I could to see if it would go on my shoulder, and it still hits above my waist. Also, the pretty buckle would sit right on my shoulder – not comfortable! I think lulu cheaped out on this version, unfortunately. I was ready to buy the citron one. The inside is so pretty…

So much more stuff in the store then on the website, its so worth it to make the drive into town for me. I got the eagle bra in lolo, among other things (!!!) which is amazing. All the lolo in the store was awsome!

I love the Savasana but on me the bottom just doesn't sit right so I prefer the fit of the Gratitude Wrap. If I see one in a great color like branch I would snatch it up. Although the Savasana in the right color may tempt me too. Pretty much a deep dark chocolate brown with maybe an ivory inside would be just the elegant color combination I'm looking for.
