Oooh, I likey in this color. And look at the reflector in that back/side pocket. Comes in Black, Oasis and Alarm.
I like the looks of this. However I wonder if the hood will flop around, it looks pretty loose and no way to tighten it. This pullover makes me think of a less-warm version of my super-amazing-wonderful Run: Spirit Pullover.
This just arrived in my store today – going tomorrow to try it out. Can't wait to see it in oasis!
I have the Sunblocker pullover with the hood and Ive only worn it on the boat and the hood was blowing around like crazy! Good thing I didnt plan on wearing it for running so if its anything like that it will be irritating. I think the main problem was the heavy hood string. I see it comes in Alarming, that could be trouble as I cannot resist the alarming/dcsg combination!
Is there a solid black or is this picture the black. I see it has gray stripes and I want something in solid black. I might hold off on this and wait for the run: inspire in running luon. I definitely want lolo purple but maybe a black one too. I don't run, but I don't have any of these pullovers and think it would be a nice change from the stride & define jackets.
I am in the US and there aren't any Run Like the Wind Pullovers left online or through the GEC. I wish I would have bought one when I had the chance. I could have bought the white or black but didn't want it at that time. Live & learn.
That's why I wont wear it for running. I'm sure a hood, especially a luxtreme hood would flop.
plus, it's a design feature and not really useful for running.
I think this is the Black one. Have you tried the "run: like the wind, pullover" it's online right now in Black and I have it in white and love it for running or just as a layering piece. If you don't mind an older style this is a really great one. I love that it has a back pocket and it fits slightly longer so the weight of the luxtreme + the length keeps it down. Of course I sized up one just to have some extra room around the middle considering I got it in white and I was 4 weeks post pregnancy.
